No cameras on iPhone 5s

We've been having home security issues for the past month. This is sort of resolved but we cannot see our cameras on our iPhone or even when logged into our account via computer. Can someone help? Thank you.

Re: No cameras on iPhone 5s

Have you tried to powercycle your router/modem since they control your IP address to the cameras?

Turn off your modem and unplug it from the power outlet.Turn off the wireless router by pressing the power button in the back.Plug the modem in and turn it on. Wait two minutes until it’s completely restarted before moving on.Turn on the wireless router. Wait two minutes until it's completely restarted.

That should fix it. If not, check out this self help page: http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/home-security/

Re: No cameras on iPhone 5s

Thank you for your response. Yes, I've already gone through all of those steps. We've had nothing but problems with the entire system for over a month. We went a full 7 months with no problems and all of a sudden everything went haywire including 2 of the cameras heating up and smelling up those house. Got one replaced, had to unplug the other. Such a frustrating process with very little help from Comcast. We're about to discontinue the entire service. Thank you.
