Mobile app sign in trouble

Mobile app sign in trouble

I'm having a terrible time trying to log in using my mobile. Some days it works perfectly, then there are days like today when I have to log in with my email and it rejects the email over and over. Now when I open the app I even get an odd looking Xfinity page, not even the home security page. Help someone!

The app is not working since the system update. Is this being addressed?

We have recently addressed an issue that had been causing sign in issues for some users.  I have pulled up your account to confirm you are able to sign in currently & see successful app activity since posting.  Please reach out again if you continue to experience issues.
