Mobile app for iPhone not working

Has anyone else been unsuccessful in arming and disarming their alarms from the app? I haven't been able to do anything from the app but log in. I don't get texts anymore letting me know that someone has entered my home and disarmed the system. What the heck is going on? I don't understand paying all this money for a system that is supposed to be better than ADT and a simple app doesn't work. Someone please let me know that I'm not alone and If so when is Comcast go an fix this?

Dentalkid08 - an agent will be reaching out to you soon.  It appears your touchscreen is offline which is why your mobile app is not working as expected.  We will work to resolve with you directly.
