Has anyone else been unsuccessful in arming and disarming their alarms from the app? I haven't been able to do anything from the app but log in. I don't get texts anymore letting me know that someone has entered my home and disarmed the system. What the heck is going on? I don't understand paying all this money for a system that is supposed to be better than ADT and a simple app doesn't work. Someone please let me know that I'm not alone and If so when is Comcast go an fix this?
