Log in trouble

I have been trying to log into the xfinity home app on my phone and it says having trouble logging you in with the blue button to try again. I armed my house using the touch screen but didn't get a confirmation email and still can't log in on my phone. Is my house armed? Any suggestions for the app? I've already Uninstalled and installed again.

Im having the same issue either with iOs or thrus the xfinity web site. 

Any help would be appreciated.

We had a problem Thursday, July 13th that prevented some users from being able to launch the Xfinity Home mobile apps that was resolved later that afternoon.  I pulled up your account & see successful app activity.  If you are still experiencing issues with the app, please let me know!

Hi,

I'm also having an issue using the app. I had the home system installed 2 weeks ago and app doesn't work.
