I am having troube signing into the xfinity home app

for the past two days of attemting to log in i always am getting this message:  we are having trouble logging you in, try later.   Then i am getting a message that is telling me that i am off line, and i am not.  my wifi is connected.   Getting very upset

I apologize for the frustration that this is causing. Our engineers have been and continue to actively work on this issue. I will provide updates to the pinned message at the top of this forum as they become available. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
