Home app

The xfinity home app is the worst. We have alarm systems on our home and my 91 year old father in laws home and cannot set or check in with either. This keeps happening and nothing gets down. Does anyone in management pay attention to these forums. If so, why is nothing done to improve the service.

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We do monitor the forums & understand how important this system is to our customers.  We’ve been able to restore service to the Xfinity Home mobile app. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me so I can troubleshoot with you directly, but we expect that all users will regain functionality.
