Home app won’t let me login

Home app won’t let me login

Every time I try to login to the xfinity home app it starts at the username and password page, I enter them, then it says you are already logged in as <edited to remove personal information>(my username) and I hit continue then it has an error 43401 that comes up and takes me back to the same page. It’s been like this for weeks
