Home app no longer shows activity

Home app no longer shows activity

My Xfinity home app on iphone 6 no longer displays any activity.  The app works, but when I go to activity it says "There are no events."  What happened?  I used to be able to see what time every door in the house was opened or closed.  Help!

I pulled up your account & see a ticket has already been opened for you about this issue.  I'd like to follow up with you here to make sure this issue is resolved.

It is 6:15 pm and my iphone shows no activity for today. There has been a lot of activity today, beginning at about 1:30am.
