Home app code 43401

Home app code 43401

I've been getting this error message for the last week or two when trying to log into my xfinity home app. It keeps saying to use the same email that I signed up with which ok doing but still nothing. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I pulled up your account & have private messaged you.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
