My home app won't let me log in, what do I do!?

I'd like to Private Message you to confirm the email address you are using to sign in.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.

Hi, I have had the same problem not being able to log into the app. I am able to log into all of my other Comcast apps but this one. I have attached the following errors I receive.

I pulled up your account & will private message you with more information.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
