Home App Error 43401

My wife and I just recently started getting error code 43401. We are using the same username we always have. What’s the solution?

I pulled up your account & believe the sign in errors may have been due to a billing issue.  I see a recent payment was made on your account.  Can you please let me know if you are still esperiencing this issue?
