New customer just downloaded the xfinity home app and logging in I keep getting the 43403 error please help what do I need to do

We are currently experiencing an issue that is causing 43401s for many customers.  Our engineers are actively working to resolve this issue.  It is likely this is the cause.

 

I'd like to pull up your account & track your issue individually as well to make sure we get this resolved for you.  I'm having trouble viewing your account information via the email you are using on our forums.  I have private messaged you.

Having the same issue. Android 4.4.4 - Error 43403 when trying to log in using my primary account creds.

I pulled up your account.  You're correct, you are using the right credentials.  I see no 43403 errors on 7/6 or later & I see successful sign ins.  Are you still experiencing this error?
