Face ID doesn't work

Face ID doesn't work

I see that there was an update for the iphone X so that Face ID will allow you to arm and disarm the alarm. I have that setting turned on, but the only way to arm and disarm on the app is still to type in my code. Face ID works to open the app, but not for the alarms. Am I doing something wrong? I have the most updated app and I double checked that the setting is turned on. Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. Was this resolved? I can also open the app with Face ID but not arm and disarm my alarm.

I have same problem. No prompt of face id to set or turn off alarm.

I resolved it. I turned off face id in app for both login and arm/disarm. Then I closed and restarted app. Then i set the face id options back on. The face id works now.
