Error message 43500

Error message 43500

I was using the xfinity home app last week just fine and then suddenly we are now getting error mag 43500 . Its occuring on both my iphone and husbands samsung

We performed some maintenance recently that we understand has impacted the ability of some users to log in.  Please try logging in again.  If you are still experiencing an issue, then I can open a ticket to further investigate the source of the error.

Hi - 

 

It's my understanding that our technicians have tried to get in touch recently, but have not been able to reach you.  They will try a 4th time today.  Are you still experiencing this issue?
