Prevents me from arming alarm, starting to way past irritating. Please fix

I am also receiving this error message. I have iPhone 5s, nothing has been updated except the modem at my house which is provided by Comcast.;

I am still actively investigating this issue. I will add your accounts to the ticket we have open for this issue. I am escalting the problem.
