Error Message 43401 when accessing the Home app on an apple phone

Ive been getting the Error #43401 since Ive had the system installed.  Ive never gotten my apps to work on any of my apple devices. Please help.. no one seems to know the answer.

I have private messaged you to help figure out which user ID you must use.  Currently, we only allow a single user ID to access your Xfinity Home applications.
