I pulled up your account & do not see any current Xfinity Home security service.  Are you a current subscriber of this service?

Thank you Rachel for your rapid reply. It turns out i was using the wrong app. I realized this after you pointed out that it was the Home Protection app that i was trying to use.

I recently had system installed. Getting 43401 error This happened on day of install with technician from Comcast and he told me at time he was aware of other customers having problem with iPhone app. We made repeated attempts using both his iPad and my iPhone to login without success. Please help. Thanks

Hi Leno926 - 

 

I pulled up your account & only see Xfinity TV, Voice & Internet service.  The app you are trying to log into requires you to be a customer of the Xfinity Home security service.  This is the source of the error.  If you would like to add this service or if you believe this to be in error, please contact billing.

I am having the same 43401 error message whenever I try to log in. Cannot access through my android app. My girlfriend who has an iphone is receiving the same error message. Can you advise why this is happening? Just started this morning.

I am also having issues with the same error.

I'm using the Username and Password that I created with my Xfinity Home activation however it's still not working to log into Xfinity home online or via the Xfinity Home app.

Hi Trumanski! I can help look into this issue with your XH error code. Can you please send me a private message with the street address and phone number associated with your account. In the body of this message, can you also include the Comcast user id you are attempting to log in with?

Hi sjs1717. There may be an issue with the username and/or password you are using to sign in. I can help verify which of the two it is. For your privacy, please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, and the street address associated with your services. To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
