I am getting an error message when I try to sign in. I have checked to make sure my password is correct and I have went as far as to reinstall plus Chang my password. What is going on with this app.

I pulled up your account & don't see active Xfinity Home security service.  The Xfinity Home app is only for customers of this service.  Please let me know if you believe this to be in error.
