Error 43999

Error 43999

I am unable to log onto my xfinity home app. I keep getting error code 43999. I just had to call xfinity the other day because of billing issues and now this. And calling them takes at least 45 minutes of my day. I pay for home security and I can't even monitor my home while I'm away. I want this fixed asap.

Hi RLMitchell - 

 

The 43999 error you are experiencing is likely due to the billing issues you experienced.  I pulled up your account & don't see any active services.
