Error 43999

I have been getting this error for a week now. I am going to cancel this service if it is not fixed within a few days. This is getting ridiculous. I'm paying for a service that I can't even use. It's not right!! Fix this problem please!!!

Hi n1vag26 - 

 

I pulled up your account & see that you are experincing errors.  I do not see Xfinity Home security as an active service on your account.  Are you a current subscriber?
