Error 43999

Error 43999

Just installed this service last week and it had been working great up until today. I was able to log in fine yesterday (I have auto login), but today, auto login did not work when I opened the app and it gave me the 43999 error. It is doing it constantly on my phone and my fiancées. I am starting to get upset that I'm paying for a service that is already having problems less than a week after its installation. I've seen other people on this forum with the same error. I work Monday through Friday, 8-4, so I need to be able to monitor my home from here and not have to worry about someone trying to break in to my house. This problem needs to be fixed right away. A lot of unhappy people out there that are having this error, I presume, and I am absolutely one of them.

I've pulled up your account & am putting this information together (along with the user's from the other thread you posted to) to send to the correct team to begin investigating this issue.  I will follow up with you via the forums to make sure your issue is resolved.

Thank you because right now I am paying for a service that I can't even use and it's making me upset. They need to get this fixed right away. I am counting on this service to protect my home and when I can't even use it, I can't protect my home.

How do I get the 43999 error resolved? The xfinity account is in my spouse's name but my login at xfinity site works fine.

Hi Garden5 - 

 

At this time, the xfinity home mobile app only support sign in with the primary username provisioned when you signed up for service.  

 

I pulled up your account & see that you registered for Xfinity Home service with a non @comcast.net domain email address.  This sometimes causes issues.  I'd like to open a ticket on your behalf so a tech can update your information and get you signed in.

I am having the same problem. Everytimevibattemptvto access my home security from my iPhone or iPad I get the error 43999 message. What a frustrating situation. Can anyone help me or fix the problem? It seems to affect quite a few of us.

I pulled up your accoung & see Xfinity Home service is an active service on your account.  I also see successful sign ins since you posted.  Are you still experiencing this issue?

I have had this problem since July! Calling in is s waste of time. So disappointed in this service. What a waste of money!
