I cant login on the xfinity home app. I am using the original username/email. I have reset the password, it didnt help. I have deleted the app and reintstalled it, no luck. Please help. I have an iphone

Thanks for reaching out.  I pulled up your account and see login attempts using both email addresses on your comcast account.  The login errors are happening when trying to sign in with the non-primary email address.  You must sign in with the original email address used at the time Xfinity Home was installed.  I can private message you with more information.
