Error 43401

Error 43401

I recently was logged out of my Home app for no apparent reason. I kept getting error 43401 and even changed my password within the app. I still get this message each time I try to login. Any help is appreciated.

I pulled up your account & see an issue that may be causing the sign in errors.  I've opened up a ticket on your behalf and a tech should reach out to you directly to troubleshoot.
