Error 43401

Error 43401

I recently changed phones and lost the saved login info for my HOME app. I have reset my Xfinity password and support said that this reset would also apply to the HOME app. It obviously doesn't since it keeps insisting that I must log in with the original email address used when setting up the HOME account. I have tried all of my email addresses and none of them get past this problem. The log in screen gives error 43401. I need to find a solution. Either change the "original email login" to my current email address, or help me find the original email login.

Addendum:  I am actually an Xfinity account owner, but the forum logged me in as a visitor.  Contact me for account info or tell me how to post this note to my actual account.

Hi funnelman -- 

 

No need to post anything -- I can pull up your account.  I need to Private Message you to provide you with more information.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.

I really need for someone to respond to my issue.  I erroneously said that I had logged on OK, but I thought you were referring to the forum.  I still cannot log into my HOME account, as stated in a previous reply.  Please take up this request again and lets get this issue resolved.  You said that you could fix the problem, so lets do it.  Thanks,
