Error 21001

Receiving error 21001 from mobile app. Not able to login. Any ideas on how to correct?

Hi ACutter & Dejunnahigh - 

 

I've pulled up your accounts but see no activity/sign ins since we resolved the wider issue that likely caused the 21001 errors you recently experienced.  Can you please try signing into the mobile app so I can either confirm your issues resolved or troubleshoot further?

Me too...WTeff... This is the most unstable app I've ever dealt with. Constant errors and when it does decide to work, it's slow as s***!

The app crashes when most needed, the camera doesn't load. I pay a lot of money for a system that doesn't work as expected.

I keep receiving a error when trying to log into my security app on both my iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S 6 edge the error is 13502 can you please assist me with this ASAP need to arm my alarm now!!

We are aware of an issue that is affecting the Xfinity Home Mobile App & Subscriber Portal. Our engineers have been and continue to actively work on this issue.  We know that it is causing multiple error codes for our users. 

 

When resolved, App & Portal functionality will be restored & nothing will be needed to be done on your end. I will provide updates to the pinned message at the top of this thread as they become available. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I just called technical support regarding the issue and the woman on the line said there were no outages on Tuesday or Wednesday and the system is fully functioning today. If that were true, I would be able to access the app and portal to monitor my system as the advertisements state. I am not happy about being called a liar and then treated like a fool when I am clearly having issues. Great service, Comcast!

Yeah,I'm having the same issue on my iPhone. How am I supposed to ARM/DISARM my alarm if I can't even log into the system?

Same issue here. Error code 21001. No access via browser or iOS mobile apps.

I am getting #21001 errors, and an occasional #13502. It's been out of service for a couple days now. Usually, the system errors out once or twice a week, with a variety of error codes.
