Error 13502

Error 13502

I can't connect to my home with my iPhone.

It worked fine until a few days ago.

The app just spins trying to connect.

I am experiencing the same issue as of today. Errors 13502 and 21001. I also cannot seem to access our xfinity Home info from PC. I am receiving the message "please try again".

I can login and access everything except Home Security from the website. This is happening on our ios, android, and home pc.

I started with 21001 and now I am as well getting 13502. Cannot access home security via android or iOS.

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We’ve been able to restore service to the Xfinity Home mobile app. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me so I can troubleshoot with you directly, but we expect that all users will regain functionality.
