I do not have option on my phone to control my lights! What's up with that?

Can you please confirm that you are able to control your lights from the web portal (xfinityhomesecurity.com) & Touchscreen (assuming you have the Secure service)?  Thank you.

I can only turn them on/off from the touch screen box that I have .

When you arm/disarm the touchscreen does that show on the website?

Hi,

 

I'm trying to see if your touchscreen has broadband connection or not. In order to do that I'd like you to test an action like arm/disarm on the touchscreen and then check the web to see if it registered.
