Can't log onto Xfinity Home App (iPhone) after Modem reset from Comcast

I can't log onto my Xfinity Home App (iPhone) anymore.

 

A couple weeks ago, I had an email that there was some technical difficulties with my account.

Our internet was super slow (Speed tests were coming up  about 10 Mbps, when we were averaging 40 Mbps)

I set up an appointment to have a techinician come out to the house.

My wife waited all day and he/she never showed up.

 

I called comcast yesterday and they reset the modem remotely.

(this fixed the speed problems we were having)

I thought everything was working.

 

I went to turn off the home alarm this morning and couldn't log onto the Xfinity Home app on my phone anymore.

I get the message "We're having some trouble loggin you in"

 

To Troubleshoot, I:

- Reset the password on my xfinity account

- Turned off the phone/turned it back on

- Deleted the app/reinstalled the app

- Reset the home security modem.

 

None of this worked.

I was on the phone with a comcast for over 30 minutes with no help.

 

anyone know how to fix this ?
