Cannot access my security cameras on my iPhone

Are you able to access your camera on the Touchscreen and/or Web Portal (xfinityhome.com)?  Also, can you tell me which version fo the iOS app you're running?

I have an iPad air with the most recent software update. I cannot access pictures or videos from my iPad, and cannot look at rules with th mobile app...when with th mobile app be fully functional?

You should be able to view your saved photos & videos from the History feature.  We are working to add Rules to the mobile app & plan to have it available in our next release in April.

I cannot access my cameras from my IPad or phone. I geek getting an error #45408. I'm am paying for a service that I have been unable to use for weeks.
