Black screen using the Home mobile app

Black screen using the Home mobile app

I recently changed phones and downloaded the XH mobile app - when i pull up the app the view my camera for live feed , all i get is a black screen. The touch screen works as well as all my other devices.  I'm currently running the OS 5.1.1 and i have uninstalled the app serveral times and i still get the black screen.

I've pulled up your account & and see successful camera sessions.  Are you still experiencing this issue?  If so, can you confirm the device you are seeing the issue on?
