Arming on panel not updating on app

Arming on panel not updating on app

We just had our security system installed 3 days ago and I'm noticing that when we "arm away" from the panel, it shows on the app as "disarmed." We then change it to armed from the app just to be safe. Is this an app issue? Every other status change shows correctly on the app. And the panel appears to be arming when we set it.

I pulled up your account & am not seeing anything on my end that would indicate an issue in functionality.  How much time are you leaving between arming the system from the Touch Screen / Keypad and checking the App?
