Annoying Emails

I don't have a security system through Xfinity, and I keep getting emails that there's a problem with my system.
This is annoying.

It's a terrible marketing ploy.

And I want it to stop.

I've contacted Xfinity about this, but I still get the emails.

Anybody have the same problem?
