Android app for "home" security

The app wants me to log in again. When I enter my information it comes up saying "authorization error"... It worked the first 3 weeks, now its not. I don't like not being able to use my app

Hi Doodlebug4 - 

 

I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home security service.  This would be the source of the error.
