Android Session Error - 43500

Android Session Error - 43500

Chiming in to note that the error is not exclusive to iPhones and IPads.  I had my home security service installed on the 15th and the app worked for that evening, but hasn't worked since.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, and verified my login information.

 

 

Any clues as to what the situation is?

The issue with the 43500 error message was fixed earlier today.  Please try using the XFINITY Home mobile app now & let me know if you continue to experience issues.  Thank you for your patience.

I am having this issues as well and have done everything uninstalled restarted phone etc please advise.

I having the same problem, called Friday and was told someone would call me within 48 - 72 hours, ridiculous

Hi,

 

Are you logging in with the primary Xfinity Home Comcast email account that you signed up with? Our mobile app only allows you to login with that address even though our other sites may allow you to use secondary addresses. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one having a problem with this to not get the Android app to work, but I've had to replace two hubs this week alone. I've done all the same steps everyone else has done and I'm ready to send this back. I've already been without the system for almost 2 2/1 weeks. I'm frustrated and just want this system up and running.

same issue with android.  why are you sending private messages for this fix.  why not just post it.
