I don't know where to post this because the link given on my Play Store review was not accurate. With my Samsung S8 phone, when I open the XH App at least half of the time it just starts the Armed Away process.

Are you experiencing the same issue when using the XFINITY Home Web Portal? https://home.xfinity.com
If possible, please try launcing the app at home, where you're able to see your touchscreen. Does the touchscreen begin arming when you launch the app? Is the app showing the same arm status as the touchscreen?
