Android App Arms Away When Opened

I don't know where to post this because the link given on my Play Store review was not accurate.  With my Samsung S8 phone, when I open the XH App at least half of the time it just starts the Armed Away process.

Thank you. I also have the timer to arm not working half the time on the app. I have Chamberlain connected and it doesn't show up a third of the time. Overall the app has been unreliable over the past few months.

A few questions that will help us troubleshoot -- 

 

Are you experiencing the same issue when using the XFINITY Home Web Portal? https://home.xfinity.com

If possible, please try launcing the app at home, where you're able to see your touchscreen.  Does the touchscreen begin arming when you launch the app?  Is the app showing the same arm status as the touchscreen?
