43401

I continue to get the 43401 error message.  I switched to a new iphone and I am getting this error.  I called the help folks, reset my password, deleted the app and reinstalled...continue to get the error. I have an iPhone 8.

Re: 43401

Does anyone have an answer here?  I called the help line, they were no help.  Told me to uninstall app, reinstall, change password....already did all of that, several times.  Any help?
