Xfinity connect app phone does not work

My xfinity connect phone was working very well. It has stopped working. Anyone else having such problems. Connect failure is the message that pops up

I'm having the same issue. I removed and reinstalled, cleared cache, updayed password and I keep getting failure to connect error

Take a look when you go into the app and select the Call option from the menu, at the top of your screen where your phone number is listed, and see if it has a green dot beside it.  At least that is how mine shows up on my Android smartphone and it works just fine.  Just thought I would mention it in hopes it helps out.

Promised by agent that it worked great. I have not made it through a single call yet. Thank goodness I have not printed all with number as my business line. It was the only reason I had the line. Work all the time out away from home office. But I am always in internet connection and the latest Galaxy Samsung phone. A rip off.
