Cannot connect to Internet wirelessly, also it shows multiple emails unread but nothing is there when I try to read. The technician that installed my services. Did not do a good job I just would like for someone to wire my modem properly. The xfinity app crashes whenever I attempt to open it on my iPad mini 2 and android Lg G Flex. And my monthly price is never the same. I try to keep up on the payments based off the plan I signed up for but I'm not understanding the credits and etc this automated billing is adding to my account. Please respond with insight. I really love Xfinity I just have a few problems I'm sure you guys can X out. Please and Thank you
