Xfinity Connect Not Working

I hate this new email platform. Half the time, on the computer the app fails and just sends me back to the home page. On my Galaxy S7, the app works less than 10% of the time lately. It may tell me I have new emails (but often I can't even get into my inbox), but I can't open them. So frustrating, especially when I think about the amount of money I pay them every month. Grrr.

I agree wholeheartedly! Both the app and web access have lost value: crashing, slower than molasses to refresh. Really needs improvement!
The app is horrendously slow to refresh (Android, samsung note)

Doesn't work on iPhone either. Every time I change wifi locations I have to close and reopen app. Clocking and no response issues all the time.
