@mlmims - My apologies, the resolution is taking longer than we expected. I'm checking the status of this issue every couple days and I will post any available updates.

Re: Xfinity Connect Mobile App on iPad

I just received (10/25/17) an update for the Xfinity Connect Mobile App on my iPad.  It stated that it included stability improvements and bug fixes.  Well, after updating I tried sending an email and guess what...the recipient got the same blank line as before.  So where’s the fix?  I did notice that the description for the app states “check your comcast.net email”, it doesn’t say you can “send” emails.

Looks like deleting the app is my only solution to date.

Re: Xfinity Connect Mobile App on iPad

Hi, randy.bush302 - The update addressed other bugs with the app. Not the one with the email display name. The engineering ticket is still open, it ended up the issue is more complicated than we thought. I check updates every couple days and at this point, we are still waiting for the resolution. I fully understand the inconvenience, I will update this thread as soon as we get this issue fixed.

Re: Xfinity Connect Mobile App on iPad

Evidently someone posted a comment on this forum that triggered sanctions.  I can understand that. My question is:  Has there been any progress in fixing the Xfinity Connect Mobile App?

Re: Xfinity Connect Mobile App on iPad

@randy.bush302 - We had a temporary solution that we tested on several accounts but it didn't work. So at this moment the engineering ticket is still open and we are waiting for any type of updates.
