Xfinity Connect App

Is anyone else having trouble opening attachments on this app now? I receive my directions for work thru my email and it's really inconvenient and time consuming to have to open in the browser now.

Yes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, but no change.

Have you tried testing the app on another device other than the one you're currently using? Do you have issues with opening attachments while on the website? Do you only have issues with opening attachments from one sender?

Yes, I have the same problem on my tablet. I can open in the browser, it's only the app that I can't anymore.
The emails I receive are from different senders and the same site. They have done no updates to their system though and it worked up until the day before the post.

Do you have issues receiving mail or sending mail or do you only have issue with opening attachments? Are you signed into another mail client such as MAC mail or Outlook?

No, I hate apple. Both devices are Samsung. I have no trouble outside of the app. I've been using my browser to open the attachments.

Thank you for that information, I don't see anything on my end that has been reported for the Xfinity Connect app not being able to open attachments. I also tested the app on my end with my own email account and I was able to open an attachment with no problem. I'd like to look further into this for you, in order to do so I will need to verify your account information.
