Text not working on 2 tablets but works on 3rd

Text not working on 2 tablets but works on 3rd

I got 3 Voice2Go numbers for the 3 tablets we have in the house. I set each tablet up with a different number. One tablet works fine (Samsung 7"), The other 2 (iPad Air and Samsung 7") both show a message that the texts cannot be downloaded and to sign out and back in or to go to the help tab which takes me to the forums. I tried signing out and back in several times in both with no luck. Note I'm trying the forums. How do I get the text working on the 2 tabs. (Yes I set up Voice2Go on both tabs). I don't think I can make or receive calls on either tab either.
