Since recent xfinity/comcast automatic mobile app update:
Email messages opening slowly ... often won't open, at all.
Email dated prior to the recent update often will not load to inbox.
Occasional network errors (when I am connected).
Attempts to correct:
Performed latest IOS update running 11.1.1.
Looking forward to fix:
I am not excited about uninstalling/reinstalling and resetting all parameters because of a faulty xfinity/comcast update.

Hi No7. We apologize for any inconvenience for the errors and latency. While to not dismiss the issue you are experiencing, I myself have the updated version of XFINITY Connect (v6.7) installed on my iPhone 7 Plus running IOS 11.1.2, and I have not experiencing the same issues you are describing.
Understandably, it is not convenient to have to uninstall and reinstall the app, however I do suggest giving that a try.
I will pass along your feedback and experience to our developers so they can work on a fix.

I am having the exact problems with the Connect app. I have to fully close the app to have mail come in......sometimes. I’m on IOS 11.1.2. Or whatever the most recent update is.
this has been a problem for a few weeks now. Was hoping Comcast would issue an app correction by now.
