Yes! I used to love this app for my comcast email but for the last 6 months or even longer I have to constantly shut the app completely down and restart it in order to load and respond to email. It NEVER used to be like this. I don’t know what Comcast did or didn’t do to cause this but I sure wish they’d get it fixed.

Hi ladkid,  I can look into this further for you. First have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue?

I am now having same problem. Have removed and reloaded app.

Running iOS 11.0.3 (Latest version)

Problem may have started when I updated iOS. Could this be the problem?

I have also performed the normal unplug, etc. to router/modem.

Hi Follly,  thank you for reaching out, are you using the website portal on your Mac when emails are not able to load there either?  On your phone, have you already tried to uninstall/reinstall the Connect app?

Emails won’t load Inconsistent. What did Comcast do to screw up a perfectly working ap.

Seems to think I am not connected to a network but I am. My pc is fine only iPhone with problem. Please get this fixed

Okay for the 2nd time since my initial post I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled the connect app. So far it seems to be working much better but this is the same thing that happened last time after reinstalling then it eventually went right back to having the same problem which I think is coinciding with Apple IOS updates. Will monitor and see what happens
