Load more messages not working

The app is no longer letting me load more messages. The words are there at the end of my list of messages, but they do nothing. Galaxy S7 edge.

I am having the exact same problem on my Galaxy Note 5 (Android).  It has worked just fine until yesterday, 3/22.  The Load More Messages is there at the bottom of the page, but when I tap on it, there is no response.  I have today just reported this problem to Comcast, and so far, they have no clue (it's in escalation).

This problem is a widespread issue that's affecting me as well. I've reported to Comcast numerous times and still not fixed. The latest update just downloaded from the Play Store still doesn't address this issue. This is a critical issue as any emails more than the maximum display setting do not load.

We are aware of an issue where Load More Message button disappears, but can be recovered when you perform one of the following scenarios; 

 

 

 

1.     Manually refreshing in email view.

2.     Switching email folders manually, or

3.     Changing device orientation (with auto-rotation enabled) in case of tablet devices.

 

We are working on a permenant fix for upcoming release.  If after you've performed one of the above, and the Load More Messges is still missing, please post again.

I agree w droidturbo...tried the 3 fixes and while button appears at the bottom, it does not pull in any more emails and appears unresponsive to touch...Samsung S7
