I pod support

I am using an I pad with ios 9.3.5 When I try to access my email with the Connect app the application partially loads and then freezes up. I need to turn off and on the device to get it to work. The next day the same thing happens again. This has been occurring for about 3 weeks. Also there is no problem when I use my PC to access the e mail. Anybody have a solution?
