Error on Comcast Voice11403

When i try to make a call using Xfinity Connect, i keep getting the error 11403

When you are on the dialer pad of the app, make sure that at the top where your Xfinity Voice number is displayed that there is a green dot by the number. This indicates that the number is functional to make and receive calls. If there is a red dot beside the number that would likely be why you are getting the error.

I have the green dot, yet i get the same error.
