The Connect app is again putting the wrong name on e-mails sent from a secondary account, using my first name instead of my wife's full name. On my account (primary), the same nonsense is happening (my first name vs. my full name). I have checked everywhere and it looks to be in order, including everything I reported on in another thread a few months ago.
I am having the exact same problem. Just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone w/ 3 levels of customer support the other day and they thought they had it fixed, but no. Not using the app any longer. This is SO frustrating.
