Connect App doesn't login for one particular email

I have a Galaxy S8 with TMobile. I cannot log into the Xfinity Connect App. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled, multiple times. If I login with my wife's email, the connect app sets up the account just fine. If I try to login with my email account however, it gets stuck in a loop on the login page. Not sure what to do, it appears to be unique to my email login. Even tried changing password through the app but it still gets stuck in the login page loop.

I have had the same issue since the connect app updated . It loops. It even says I'm logged in but then goes right back to the get started screens . I reloaded it and still not able to pull up my email..this stinks
