Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge; Vendor: Verizon; Initially when downloaded the performance was consistent, everything worked as advertised; now the advance call forwarding may work, may not work (more not work than work). I've uninstalled, re-downloaded; no difference. Any ideas?
How come when i select the option for "call forwarding" it always saids "unable to process your request try again later" I have uninstalled the app 5 times re-logged in and its still telling me the same thing? What can i do to resolve this?
