Advanced Call Forwarding Inconsistent

Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge; Vendor: Verizon;
Initially when downloaded the performance was consistent, everything worked as advertised; now the advance call forwarding may work, may not work (more not work than work). I've uninstalled, re-downloaded; no difference. Any ideas?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the exact same problem with the same S7 edge Verizon. I haven't figured it out yet, so I thought I would ask.

I didn't do anything and of course Verizon was of no assistance. It seems to have resolved (I guess) itself, for now it's working relatively consistently
